Research & strategy

Due to the extensive size of translate plus’ website – 500 pages – planning was an integral part of the process, from start to finish. We also:

  • Reworked the customer journeys by implementing an extensively-researched UX plan
  • Styled the user interface in line with trends from the existing website and restructured the information hierarchy based on translate plus’ most profitable services
  • Reworked the entire mobile experience to ensure every element of translate plus’ information was quick and easy to access
  • Adapted the website so that it translates well across a wide range of languages, making the customer experience flawless for all users
